Consult our team of dentists online for information, address queries via e- mail or you can chat over the telephone to enquire about the type of treatment and the customized cost for the same prior to travelling to India.

We will respond to your query within 48 hours. Depending on the nature of the medical \ dental help required, the response could include advice on medical \ dental procedure along with a quote or if the concerned doctor \ dentist feels that he/she needs to know more or view recent reports, we will communicate to you accordingly.

Information is the key for both patient and surgeon. All medical questions are forwarded to the doctor \ dentist for his professional input. The medical history together with any additional medical requirements will allow the doctor to make an initial clinical medical evaluation.

Please attach your photos, supporting medical reports/ records if any to through e-mail or upload the same through our Medical \ Dental History Form. These will be forwarded to the medical \ dental experts. They may ask for your medical \ dental records and case history. After studying these case records, they revert to us with their recommendations about your treatment.

Following the doctor's \ dentist's initial medical feedback, we will be happy to co- ordinate any further queries you may have, with the doctor \ dentist or any other specialist surgeon or dentist on details or particulars of the surgery and the expected results. If need be, we will also arrange for a telephonic consultation with the selected surgeon \ dentist at a mutually convenient time.

We will continue to communicate with you before your arrival, as information is vital for both patient and surgeon.

We will next plan your travel for treatment in India. But find out from your doctor if its safe for you to travel. We will discuss the most suitable trip options, arrange your requirements according, and make necessary arrangements and bookings.

Please note that in most cases the final decisions on your treatment will be made only after the doctor meets you and examines you in person. It is possible that your doctor, upon examining you, may decide you are not fit for surgery, or recommends treatment different from what you planned. Remember to carry medical reports and any medicines in your carry-on luggage. Records like X- Rays, MRI's, health histories, photographs, immunization records, prescriptions, and any other health records relevant to the surgery.

Passport and visa: You will need a passport for yourself and your travel companion (if any).

Credit cards, debit cards and travelers checks: Bring some local currency, travelers checks and one or two major credit cards and debit cards.

Carry your driver's license or any valid proof of identity and make sure it will remain valid while you're traveling.

When you are happy with the details, comfortable with your choice, and you want to confirm your provisional booking, we require that you forward the completed booking form, together with your detailed flight information, to us.

On receipt of the funds, we will confirm your bookings and forward a detailed itinerary for your surgery and medical appointments.

It is best to fill in the Booking Form, which will help us in serving you better.

We will receive you at the airport and safely drop you in an appropriate vehicle depending on your medical condition. For elective surgical procedures, we can provide you with a range of privately driven air- conditioned vehicles.

You travel to India and are received by our representatives. We facilitate your consultation with doctors and medical experts soon after your arrival. You can overview the medical facilities at the hospital where your actual treatment will take place. You can also enjoy a pretreatment holiday in India if you wish.

We will accompany you to the medical facility on the day of the surgery - ensuring that you are admitted and ready for surgery after a pre- surgery consultation with the surgeon and the specialist anesthesiologist. Any further questions can be addressed at this consultation.

Check into the medical facility and receive desired medical attention. This may include pre and postoperative care, as well as the actual procedure you have bee admitted for.

Registration at Hospital: You are required to produce your passport at the registration counter to get registered at our hospital. The hospital will maintain a copy of your passport (Photo page and visa page) in your hospital record. This is mandatory and is based on the directives from the Government of India.

Visa: If you are traveling on a medical visa, you are required to register at the Foreigners Regional Registration Office within 14 days of your arrival. The prescribed format for the same is available at the International Patients Service Desk. Patients from Pakistan and Bangladesh are required to register their arrival within 24 hours with the nearest Police Station/Commissioner's Office. Please refer to our Visa/Transit document for instructions.

Payments: We accept all major credit cards like VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX & CIRRUS and Traveler's cheques. We also accept payment for In-patient services in the following currencies: USD, CAD, Euro, Pound Sterling, Omani Riyal, UAE Dirham, Kuwait Dinar, Saudi Riyal, Singapore Dollars etc. We also have a payment gateway on the website for select locations.

International Insurance: We work with certain International Insurance providers and the list is available at the International Patients Service Desk/ Admission counter. We will not be able to process/accept any other foreign insurance coverage for cashless (insurance covered) treatment. The insurance coverage provided by the companies on our list is valid only for Inpatient procedures which needs more than 48 hours of hospitalization and is subject to approval from the insurance providers. At the time of admission a deposit needs to be made at the in-patient billing department, based on your room category. This amount will be refunded once we receive the payment authorization from your insurance provider. In case the insurance is not approved within 48 hours of admission, you're requested to settle the hospital bill and claim a reimbursement from your insurance provider.

It is customary for patients to recuperate in the town of surgery for the required post- operative period. This requirement is dependent on the nature of the procedure. We offer a choice of recuperation accommodation packages that include accommodation, certain meals, transfers to airport and medical with assistance and support.

Take a post recuperative Indian Holiday. If you are fit and feel like it you can enjoy a trip to various tourist destination of your choice anywhere in India. After your post recuperative holiday stay on for a while or leave for home at your convenience. We ensure you are well looked after from the moment you land in India to the moment you board your plane back home.

Once you are through with your intended itinerary in India, we will solicit you feedback on your whole experience in India, including the operating surgeon, medical facility, services, etc.
